WHAT IS WRITE YOUR OWN LIFE BOOK – THE EASY WAY?
It’s an online eBook app about your own life story. The platform is created to ask you thousands of questions over multiple Modules that will be made available every month for 12 months - we ask and you answer. You can share the eBook in PDF format (when completed) with your family, children and friends Or it could be a tool to get rid of all the emotions building up in you for years.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE APP AND EBOOK?
To write down all your life stories, life happenings, love stories, family, friends, sport, travel, happy or sad incidents - by leaving your legacy! Convert it to an eBook or hard copy print to hand out at your next Christmas or Birthday celebrations to your loved ones.
HOW DOES THE APP WORK?
On our website Home Page OR at the top of this screen in the menu bar, you will find a tab 'How To use the App'. Step by step information will be provided here to make your journey easy and comfortable.
WHAT IS THE TRIAL RUN ON THE APP FOR?
This allows you to trial run (explore) the eBook. 20 basic questions will be asked for you to answer. Complete it and convert it into a PDF file for you to view of what you can expect. Remember, this is a trial run only. The full package eBook will have much more options and questions for you. Get started here
STORAGE
Your ‘Life Book’ is stored in a ‘cloud-based platform’ and it will remain there until you stop your monthly subscription or/and you can save it on your PC to be printed at a later stage.

WHY A PASSWORD?
Perhaps you don’t want people to read it before you’re dead or before you are ready to share it. Keep the interesting story as a ‘secret’ until you are ready to reveal it.
A password will protect access to your ‘Life Book’. Only you will know the password.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The info in your ‘Life Book’ folder is yours and only yours – until you avail it to someone. When ordering and purchasing the ‘Write your own Life Book’ package, you’ll receive information on how to create your own password.
We do our utmost to secure the contents of your folder and put severe security systems in place, but we can’t guarantee 100% non-failure. Some hackers are just more clever than us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY LOGIN DETAILS?
When you log in and forget your details, you can request a confirmation email for your account to be sent to you. When receiving the email, you can follow the steps to access your account. No content will be lost, you can proceed where you've finished.
CAN I RECEIVE THE WHOLE BOOK AT ONCE?
You may purchase the whole book at once, but unfortunately you can’t receive all 12 the Modules with all the questions in one go. Monthly modules will be made available.
WHEN AND WHERE DO I WRITE MY EBOOK?
Waiting at the airport, to pick up children from school, before your next meeting, sitting at home, relaxing in the park, when you suddenly remember an old tale, anywhere, anytime.
UPDATING INFO
You can always update your info at any time. Go back to previous months’ modules and add info that you’ve remembered in the meantime. You would be surprised how many old tales and facts will be remembered, incidents that took place and names of old friends being recalled, once you start writing.
This is fun. Don’t be surprised if your ‘Life Book’ becomes a lengthy one! You are going to enjoy it. And so would the family and friends.
We have friends and clients, who took part in the initial gathering of questions, still submitting questions and growing their own ‘Life Book’.
CAN I CHANGE MY TEXT FONT AND PAGE BORDER AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you can. Log in, click on the ‘Edit’ button in your journey. Select the field you would like to change, click on 'Edit' again in this field, make the change and click 'Finish Now'. Click on ‘Create Book’ to convert it to your final product.
You can do it as many times as you like. Design your book to any style, look and feel for every family member or friend. This is unique and very special!

A picture is better than a thousand words! Add your pictures.
WILL UNANSWERED/LEFT OUT QUESTIONS BE IN MY FINAL EBOOK?
No, if you don’t answer a question, the question will NOT appear in your final eBook.

We would like to hear from you and get feedback on your experiences writing your ‘Life Book’.
In the meantime, you can forward more topics or themes for Chapters, with questions to us. Hence, more Modules could follow in future.

DO I NEED TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS?
No. Only answer questions that you are comfortable with/are relevant to you.
CAN I WRITE THE BOOK ON BEHALF OF ANYONE?
Yes, you can. If your Grandparents/Friends or a Family member is not computer/tech-literate, you can assist them with all the Questions and Answers. You will be amazed at what stories you will hear.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EBOOK IF I PASS AWAY?
We recommend to save your log in details in a safe place for if you would like someone to be able to view your Life Book after you have passed on. Family member, Will or Executor.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TO WRITE?
We made it easy - we ask and you answer. Thousands of questions will be asked. Some you will answer, the others can be skipped and returned to at a later stage or completely leave them out. It’s your choice, it’s your book.
DO I NEED GOOD WRITING SKILLS?
No, you don’t need to be a writer. We ask the questions and you answer it in your own words. Spelling, grammar and tenses don’t matter - it is YOU writing.
HOW MANY QUESTIONS ARE IN ALL 12 MODULES?

NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a notification via the app and by email when your final eBook is ready to download and when the next Module or New Features are available.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY MODULES?
You will receive 1 Module per month for 12 months. If you have subscribed on I.e: 6 Septemeber 2020 your next module will be made available on 6 October 2020 and the next on 6 November 2020.
